 On Wednesday, October 29, 2009 at approximately 5:15 a.m., 2 males in a black BMW gained access to the parking garage at # 50 Songhees Rd in Victoria. They began to force their way into a red Audi. The males fled when apparently interrupted by other persons entering the area. One male is described as Caucasian, short dark hair, clean shaven, wearing a dark hoodie or jacket with thin, white vertical & horizontal lines, dark jeans and shoes, and carrying a black bag on a shoulder strap.
